TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (TCU)
MaxiFlow Sports Club
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “TCU”) aim to define the conditions of access to and use of the MaxiFlow Sports Club service, a SaaS platform for sports club management, accessible by subscription.
Article 2 — Service Publisher

Article 3 — Access to the Service
Access to the platform is strictly reserved for clubs holding an active subscription that is fully paid and up to date.
Access includes, depending on the subscribed plan:
- a web interface accessible via a browser (computer and tablet),
- a mobile application,
- access to the modules included in the subscription.
Article 4 — User Accounts
Each club is responsible for:
- the creation,
- the management,
- and the deletion of user accounts linked to its subscription.
User limits are defined by the subscribed plan.
Article 5 — Features and Modules
Access to modules is subject to an active subscription.
Certain services vary depending on the chosen plan.
Article 6 — Mobile Application
The mobile application provides complementary access to the web platform and is subject to the same contractual rules.
Article 7 — Annual Commitment
Any subscription is taken out with a firm commitment of twelve (12) months.
Article 8 — Suspension of Access
In the event of non-payment or serious breach, access to the service may be suspended until the situation is regularised.
Article 9 — Liability
The club remains solely responsible for its use of the service and for the data it processes.
Article 10 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TCU are governed by:
- European Union law,
- and French law, as the reference law for contractual interpretation.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those determined in accordance with applicable European regulations.
